The information on this DVD is prepared and presented by Kathy Tigue, a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She practiced in the field of healthcare management, nutrition and diabetes for over 25 years and is presently employed as the nutritionist at The Diabetes Center at Pascack Valley Hospital in Westwood, NJ. Barbara Seelig Brown, who is the author of Stress Free Cooking, is a culinary educator and nutritionist. In the cooking section of this DVD Barbara will demonstrate how to prepare some healthy recipes that can be used many ways, which incorporate lean proteins, whole grains and fruits and veggies. Barbara’s cooking tips and techniques will offer quick, easy, delicious and colorful ideas, which are best for stabilizing the level of sugar in the blood and keep you energized, feeling young and healthy.
